The Service
ChartKind provides personalized chart calculations, interpretive readings, and conversations about natal charts, transits, and synastry. Features, pricing, and credit costs may change over time.
Reflective Guidance Only
Charts, readings, and chat are for reflection, journaling, entertainment, and personal insight. They are not medical, legal, financial, mental health, therapy, safety, or emergency advice. Do not use the app as the sole basis for important decisions.
ChartKind does not predict guaranteed outcomes. Any timing, relationship, career, or personal guidance should be treated as symbolic and reflective, not as a substitute for your own judgment or help from a qualified professional.
AI-Assisted Readings
ChartKind uses software calculations and AI-assisted interpretation to generate readings and chat responses. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. Review responses with your own judgment and do not treat them as professional advice.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase credits, or use ChartKind.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Use accurate birth and location information if you want accurate chart calculations.
Credits and Payments
Credits are used for chart generation, readings, and chat. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Prices and included credits are shown before purchase.
Credit purchases are generally final once credits are delivered to your account. If a paid chart, reading, or chat action fails because of a ChartKind system error, we will attempt to restore or refund the credits used for that failed action. For duplicate charges, billing errors, or payment questions, contact support@chartkind.com.
Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account or stored-value account, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law. We do not currently offer subscriptions or automatic renewal. If we add recurring billing, we will disclose the renewal terms before purchase.
Communications
By creating an account, you agree that ChartKind may send essential account, security, purchase, support, and service messages. We may also send occasional product updates, reminders, offers, or educational astrology content. Promotional emails include a way to unsubscribe. Optional recurring emails, such as daily transit readings, will be sent only if you sign up for that feature.
Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to access another user’s data, probe the system for vulnerabilities, or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Your Content and Chart Data
You keep ownership of the birth information, questions, chat prompts, and other content you submit to ChartKind. You give ChartKind permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, generate readings, operate chat and voice features, maintain your account, secure the platform, and improve ChartKind as described in the Privacy Notice.
ChartKind Content
ChartKind owns the app, interface, branding, software, generated chart presentation, and other service materials, except for content you provide. You may use your personal readings and chart outputs for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, scrape, resell, or build a competing service from ChartKind content or functionality.
Data and Privacy
We handle account, chart, location, payment metadata, and chat data according to the Privacy Notice.
Availability and Changes
ChartKind is an evolving service. We may change, pause, or discontinue features; update credit costs; perform maintenance; or limit use to protect the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate.
Termination
You may stop using ChartKind at any time and may request account deletion from Account & Data or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, abuses the service, or is required to be restricted by law.
No Warranties
ChartKind is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for any particular decision or outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChartKind and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, or decisions made based on readings or chat. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to ChartKind is limited to the amount you paid to ChartKind in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ChartKind harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different law is required by your local consumer protection rules.
